This role will encompass a full spectrum of HR responsibilities, with a strong focus on recruitment coordination and management, payroll checking, and collaboration with external vendors. Additionally,you will handle general office administration tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the organization.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Conduct payroll checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure timely payroll processing.
- Collect and maintain accurate employee records and HR database information.
- Conduct simple data analytics using Excel to support management needs and decision-making.
- Oversee facility management, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Manage the collection of invoices and maintain accurate documentation for financial records.
- Handle arrangements for air tickets and accommodations for staff as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget guidelines.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate company events and activities, including team-building events, annual parties, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather input and ensure events align with company culture and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in HR coordination and administration
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and payroll management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and external vendors.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
