Assistant People and Culture Officer

This role will encompass a full spectrum of HR responsibilities, with a strong focus on recruitment coordination and management, payroll checking, and collaboration with external vendors. Client Details

Our client is a MNC Tech firm seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant People and Culture Officer to join their team. This role will encompass a full spectrum of HR responsibilities, with a strong focus on recruitment coordination and management, payroll checking, and collaboration with external vendors. Additionally,you will handle general office administration tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the organization.

 
Description
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Conduct payroll checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Work closely with the finance department to ensure timely payroll processing.
  • Collect and maintain accurate employee records and HR database information.
  • Conduct simple data analytics using Excel to support management needs and decision-making.
  • Oversee facility management, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Manage the collection of invoices and maintain accurate documentation for financial records.
  • Handle arrangements for air tickets and accommodations for staff as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget guidelines.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate company events and activities, including team-building events, annual parties, and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather input and ensure events align with company culture and objectives.
 
Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 years of experience in HR coordination and administration
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and payroll management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and external vendors.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
  • More experience will considered as People and Culture Officer
