Our client, a commercial professional services group, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement strategic content objectives for the team and the company's international social media channels.
- Recognize and apply process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity, ensuring compliance with quality standards in all tasks.
- Work collaboratively with diverse teams to carry out marketing promotional initiatives and product introductions.
- Examine customer engagement and social media patterns to guide and refine upcoming campaigns.
- Oversee the tone and visual identity of our social media profiles to ensure brand uniformity.
- Assess the success of content strategies and campaigns through performance analytics, with the goal of maximizing organic reach and engagement while meeting key performance indicators.
- Engage in special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or a related field - Proficient or native English communication skills.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in social media or content development
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- Candidates with additional experience may be considered for the role of Assistant Marketing Manager.
- Strong leadership abilities coupled with practical experience in marketing communications.
- Creative, proactive, self-driven, and capable of working autonomously
- Comprehensive understanding of social media and content production
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with an aptitude for prioritizing tasks and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Experience in content creation for Instagram and TikTok is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager tools is beneficial.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
