Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT projects with business divisions and IT teams.
- Assist in managing projects end to end, from project progress tracking, requirements review, solution design, testing.
- Support the SM/DPE in the establishment of client satisfaction measurements with regard to due services.
- Develop detailed project plans and actively track progress
- Own the operational Service or Client documentation used within the delivery organization and assume responsibility for its update
- Coordinating resources and actions to determine root cause for incident
- Participate in service status meetings of the delivery organization, providing information and analysis related to the services delivered to the client and support the SM/DPE in the service status meetings held with the client
- Lead project team and communicate with customers to deliver projects within budget and time, and meet quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Plan and coordinate teams to expedite technical recovery requirements necessary to correct major infrastructure incidents.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery management
- Detailed knowledge of the ITIL framework
- Experience with service level agreement (SLA) management
- Proven track record of problem solving and analytical skills with strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid experience in large scale web application project development and have ability to oversee the whole project SDLC from requirements gathering, analysis, development, UAT and production release
- Possesses valid certification of Project Management (e.g. Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow
