Responsibilities: 

• Develop tools for application and performance monitoring
• Perform onsite user support including PC hardware & software installation, configuration and technical support on multiple sites.
• Be responsible for applications support. (e.g. email and internal applications setup, maintenance and implementation, etc.)
• Automate and streamline operations and processes
• Develop in cloud environments such as AW, Alibaba Cloud;
• Contribute to system architecture design.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Has 5 years’ experience in DevOps Engineer, Windows system management, etc.
• Familiar with mainstream virtualization platform technologies, such as VMware, KVM and other system configurations
• Familiar with scripting languages shell, python
• Understand network technologies and concepts, such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/UDP, SMTP and SSL/TLS
• Good command of English and Chinese
