Responsibilities:
- This role is to develop mid-career talents to be future leaders
- Join Company’s business rotation opportunities, includes retail and office leasing/ marketing/ centre operations/ tenant services
- Incumbents will be nurtured for taking up management positions upon completion of the programme
Requirement:
- Degree holder or above in related disciplines
- At least 2 years of working experience in retail & office leasing/ omni-channel marketing strategy and campaigns gained in sizable/ reputable organizations
- Experience in supporting senior management in preparation of business proposals/ reports would be an added advantage
- Interest in developing career in the property / asset management industry
- Candidates who completed the business trainee program with a large-scale property developer are highly preferred
