Job Duties
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with overarching marketing objectives to enhance brand visibility in English-speaking nations, including but not limited to the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.
- Identify relevant and influential profiles to generate content across social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of various projects and the success of campaigns within the team.
- Oversee the team's budget and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver regular reports on the performance of influencers and campaigns.
- Assess and analyze the team's performance to recommend strategies for improvement and growth.
- Supervise a team of four members.
Job Requirement
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a similar discipline is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of pertinent experience in marketing is essential, with managerial experience considered advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary.
- Proficiency in social media and a solid understanding of influencer marketing strategies and techniques are expected.
- Competence in data analysis is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are important.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment is crucial.
