Responsibilities:
- Provide IT technical advises and helpdesk support services (L1, L2 or L3) to users on hardware, software and networking related issues.
- Handle user inquiries, technical troubleshooting and support.
- Provide support to Windonws/Linux servers and VMware infrastructure
- Assist in managing hardware and software inventories.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- At least 2 year of experience in IT Helpdesk Support
- Knowledge in Operating System (such as Linux/Windows Server/Unix), Database and network
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, NEtwork Infrastructure and Internet.
- Professional certificate of MCTS/MCITP/MCSE is an advantage
- Expereicned in helpdesk call/call centre is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
