IT Support / Helpdesk Support (up to 30k)
Responsibilities:
  • Provide general office IT support on daily operations
  • Handle user inquiries, technical troubleshooting and support
  • Provide daily routine servers and workstation checking
  • Providing support to Windows/Linux servers and VMware infrastructure
  • Support end user for solving issues in their PC/mobile operating systems (OS), hardware, applications
 
Requirement:
  • Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Information Technology or equivalent
  • 1 year relevant experience is preferred 
  • Good communication skills including spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Knowledge in Operating System (such as Linux / Windows Server / Unix), Database and network
  • Able to work independently and maintain a customer services
