Our client is a reputable Hong Kong Property Developer with a diversified property portfolio which includes office and commercial properties in Hong Kong.
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for planning, execution and construction and managing various types of maintenance, addition and alteration and fitting out projects for the group in Hong Kong;
- Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
- Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
- Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent qualification in related areas
- Professional Qualifications (MHKIS or MRICS) are highly preferred
- At least 4 years’ relevant working experience in overseeing sizable maintenance and A&A projects in office buildings or commercial properties
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Surveyor
