Summary

We are currently seeking a Senior Cost and Contract Manager with a strong E&M background and experience in quantity surveying auditing to join our team. This is a key role that will drive the financial and contractual success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cost management and contractual processes for E&M projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports, providing strategic insights to senior management.
• Lead the procurement process, including tender preparation and bid evaluations, to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Conduct QS audits to ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and project costs.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage contract negotiations and variations, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in cost management and contract administration, with a strong focus on E&M projects.
• Proven track record in QS auditing and financial management within the construction industry.
• Excellent knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost control methodologies.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Proficient in relevant software applications and tools.
