About Client:
Our client is a reputable company with diversified property portfolio covers office, retail and industrial buildings in Hong Kong. They are hiring a Associate Director to look after the facility management for portfolio in Hong Kong.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and formulate strategic planning and overall facility management works for Group's property portfolio
- Oversee the management of both hard (e.g., maintenance, repairs, building systems) and soft services (e.g., cleaning, security, landscaping) across a large-scale property portfolio
- Lead a team of facilities management professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and developmen
- Revise, review, and assist in developing technical services / renovation programmes and practice and contract
- Review and monitor the performance of contractors, suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Recommend, prepare and review preventive maintenance schedule as well as arrange and monitor the maintenance work for the designated property portfolio
- Prepare annual facilities budget, set up and review relevant operations policies and provide staff training
- Liaise with relevant government authorities and public bodies
- Liaise and understand tenants' requirements and needs
- Provide the roadmap for achieving value from physical assets by optimizing costs, risks and performance across the entire asset lifecycle
Qualifications / Experiences
- Degree in Building services, Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field
- 15 years’ relevant experiences with at least 10 yeas in managerial position, with proven track record in facilities management
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong leadership and effective communication skill
- Responsible, self-disciplined and able to work under pressure
- Able to use Microsoft office software
