Summary
We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to join our team and assist with capital projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project administration, ensuring site team performance and safety standards are met.
- Review and vet technical submissions from consultants and contractors.
- Coordinate with project teams, facility management, and external stakeholders, including government departments and utility companies.
- Attend site meetings, conduct inspections, and prepare reports on project progress, quality, and safety.
- Maintain daily site records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or building engineering or related discipline.
- Membership in a recognized professional institute relevant to the field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction engineering.
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects is a plus.
- Experience in developing R&D offices, industrial, and institutional buildings.
- Self-driven, independent, and strong problem-solving skills with effective leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Be open to occasional travel to the PRC.
