Responsibilities

• Provide all rounds of technical advice to Merchandising teams/Factories & Customers to shoot the production problem

• Deal with Merchandising teams and customers to provide technical and fitting comments, and coach Factories to understand Company standards and requirements

• Responsible for all fit, construction and technical-related efforts from development to production

• Approve the sample fitting and provide comments from the technical point of view

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in the US garment market

• Strong knowledge of sweaters from knitting chat, fitting, grading and size specification knowledge

• Able to deal with foreign designers/customer-fit technicians and offshore factories independently

• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
