Responsibilities

• To achieve sales operation and order management

• To handle enquiries from customer and overseas partners

• Handle Airfreight export & import daily operation activities and customs declaration

• Able to handle full set of air export & import documentation

• Ensure compliance to the customer's shipping requirements/instructions

• Ensure all assigned jobs are completed efficiently and transmitted timely

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 2 year of experience in Air Freight forwarding industry

• Highly motivated individual with a strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese, both verbally and in writing. Mandarin is an advantage
