Responsibilities
Ensure T&A calendar and seasonal milestones are being met, coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products
Interface with cross functional team members to ensure approval deadlines are met
Review and follow up account outstanding issues, take action accordingly and report to manager as needed
Maintain and update records of purchase orders, fabric testing, and quality control reports
Attend touch base meetings with customer, QA team, production team and other cross functional teams
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 3-5 years related experience in retail chain business
Strong understanding of textiles or garment experiences
Detail oriented, strong numerical and analytical sense and able to perform multi-tasks
A team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
Able to work effectively under pressure with minimum supervision
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing
Good command in written & spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
