Responsibilities

• Ensure T&A calendar and seasonal milestones are being met, coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products

• Interface with cross functional team members to ensure approval deadlines are met

• Review and follow up account outstanding issues, take action accordingly and report to manager as needed

• Maintain and update records of purchase orders, fabric testing, and quality control reports

• Attend touch base meetings with customer, QA team, production team and other cross functional teams

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 3-5 years related experience in retail chain business

• Strong understanding of textiles or garment experiences

• Detail oriented, strong numerical and analytical sense and able to perform multi-tasks

• A team player with good communication & interpersonal skills

• Able to work effectively under pressure with minimum supervision

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing

• Good command in written & spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
