Responsibilities
Liaise with suppliers & internal departments on purchasing orders, processes & shipments
Orders follow up / co-ordination with client and factory
Well organized; follow ups and accuracy, tracking the timely arrival and quality of all the sample status, ensure the key milestone dates were met
Support ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 3 years+ relevant experiences in garment trims & accessories
3-5 years working experience in garment accessories and or packaging products field
Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
Good MS office skills & Chinese word processing.
Well versed in spoken & written English and Mandarin
Communicative, well-organized, detail-minded
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Able to communicate English and Mandarin
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Merchandiser
