Responsibilities

• Liaise with suppliers & internal departments on purchasing orders, processes & shipments

• Orders follow up / co-ordination with client and factory

• Well organized; follow ups and accuracy, tracking the timely arrival and quality of all the sample status, ensure the key milestone dates were met

• Support ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 3 years+ relevant experiences in garment trims & accessories

• 3-5 years working experience in garment accessories and or packaging products field

• Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)

• Good MS office skills & Chinese word processing.

• Well versed in spoken & written English and Mandarin

• Communicative, well-organized, detail-minded

• Good communication & interpersonal skills

• Able to communicate English and Mandarin

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Merchandiser
