Reponsibility:

• Greet and serve guests in a professional manner at our Chinese Premium Restaurant
• Answer telephone enquiries, handle reservations and confirm daily booking
• Responsible for table arrangement to ensure smooth restaurant operation
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in maintaining guests' records in the system
• Ensure adequate menus for all meal periods are in clean and presentable standard at all times
• Responsible for menu printing related matters
   

Requirements:

• 3 years' relevant experience required
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Knowledge and experience in using booking system
