Reponsibility:
- Greet and serve guests in a professional manner at our Chinese Premium Restaurant
- Answer telephone enquiries, handle reservations and confirm daily booking
- Responsible for table arrangement to ensure smooth restaurant operation
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in maintaining guests' records in the system
- Ensure adequate menus for all meal periods are in clean and presentable standard at all times
- Responsible for menu printing related matters
Requirements:
- 3 years' relevant experience required
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Knowledge and experience in using booking system
