We are looking for a Customer Service Officer for our client in the telecommunications industry. The role will be within the CS - VOC team.
Job responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, requirements, feedback, and complaints to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Manage and address daily customer feedback through various channels to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Promptly resolve customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and effective communication with both external and internal customers.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder or university graduate in any discipline
- A minimum of two years of experience in customer service and complaints handling is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Self-motivated and diligent, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
- Independent and detail-oriented with positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, to facilitate daily tasks and reporting.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin, enabling effective communication with a diverse customer base.
