Customer Service Officer (1 year renewable contract)

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer for our client in the telecommunications industry. The role will be within the CS - VOC team.

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, requirements, feedback, and complaints to ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Manage and address daily customer feedback through various channels to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Promptly resolve customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and effective communication with both external and internal customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or university graduate in any discipline
  • A minimum of two years of experience in customer service and complaints handling is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Self-motivated and diligent, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
  • Independent and detail-oriented with positive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, to facilitate daily tasks and reporting.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin, enabling effective communication with a diverse customer base.
