Responsibilities:
- Support wet signature coordination.
- Organize, compile, update employee personnel records and documentation.
- Support employee personnel file clean-up in the physical archive.
- Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies in the physical archive).
- Prepare, manage, and store paperwork and capture e-signatures and wet signatures.
- Follow up and remind employees to send the signed employment documents back.
- Coordinate with receptionists and other teams/partners.
- Support HR administrative tasks based on current needs.
- Represent J&J in front of local authorities and act on behalf of the (sending or receiving) company if required, in relation to the posting of workers or employment/labor law matters.
- Support for Hongkong-based operations.
Requirements:
- Education in HR is advantageous.
- Experience in Hongkong-related HR matters is a plus.
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed, team-based environment.
- Continuous learning mindset – always curious, learns from mistakes, open-minded, willing to learn with others and share knowledge.
- Great work ethics – reliable, meets deadlines, delivers results, open to receiving feedback.
- Demonstrates customer orientation and customer service skills.
- Located within Hongkong and able to perform the role noted above.
