Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of Compensation and Benefits (C&B) while also supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive positioning of compensation packages.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as needed.
- Provide support for daily operations.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits preferred.
- Thorough knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance.
- Detail oriented with good problem-solving and communication skills.
