We are looking for a Data Analyst for our client in the telecommunications industry. The role will be within the D2C Online team.
Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring and analysis of sales data to support sales operations.
- Conduct segmentation analysis using CRM tools to understand customer profiles and previous purchasing behaviors, allowing for the identification of potential target segments.
- Track campaign performance in relation to objectives and offer insights to evaluate its effectiveness.
- Lead data integration initiatives from the headquarters, focusing on retargeting high-potential buyers by utilizing marketing tools.
- Act as an internal data consultant, partnering with cross-functional teams such as content marketing, product marketing, e-commerce, CRM, and integrated marketing to drive business growth and initiatives.
- Use digital analytics solutions, including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics, to measure traffic and evaluate the performance of e-commerce sites for marketing initiatives tied to product launches.
- Offer data-driven insights and recommendations during the campaign planning stages to various teams.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of data analysis experience in a retail, sales, or FMCG environment.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies, alongside experience with CRM systems and segmentation analysis.
- Strong ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations, coupled with excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for successful collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Chinese reading and writing.
