Recruitment Consultant / Researcher
Responsibilities : 
  • Source and screen candidates for various job positions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions
Requirements : 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, energetic and result-driven
  • Fresh graduate are also welcomed
