Customer Service Officer/ Operations Coordinator (CS, admin, $18-19k per month)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome the incoming visitors / students/ parents
  • Responsible for students’ and parents’ general enquiries and manage information effectively and efficiently
  • Coordinate the therapy schedule with parents and our clinical team, ensuring all parties are clear with the schedule in a timely manner
  • Support the Operations Supervisor in maintaining smooth and efficient office administration services
  • Deliver a high standard of customer care service to students /parents and staff members
  • Ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Cheerful, helpful, positive attitude with strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
  • Good communication skills, enjoy dealing with people from all walks of life
  • At least one to two years experience in customer service and office administration related field
  • Previous working experience in education sector is an advantage
  • Proficient in PC applications and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English, and fluent speaking in English is preferred
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
