Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome the incoming visitors / students/ parents
- Responsible for students’ and parents’ general enquiries and manage information effectively and efficiently
- Coordinate the therapy schedule with parents and our clinical team, ensuring all parties are clear with the schedule in a timely manner
- Support the Operations Supervisor in maintaining smooth and efficient office administration services
- Deliver a high standard of customer care service to students /parents and staff members
- Ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Cheerful, helpful, positive attitude with strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
- Good communication skills, enjoy dealing with people from all walks of life
- At least one to two years experience in customer service and office administration related field
- Previous working experience in education sector is an advantage
- Proficient in PC applications and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English, and fluent speaking in English is preferred
- Immediate available is highly preferred
