Key Responsibilities
- Handle email administration and provide support to the customer service team to assist with guest services.
- Provide customer service support and assist different departments with various tasks.
- Maintain clear communication with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Support daily administrative tasks and other ad hoc duties.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in luxury hotel.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Qualifications: Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is preferred.
