Administrative / Operations Executive (25k+2mth, Luxury Club,Welcome Hotel CS)

  • Back Office Administrative Support + Customer Service Support
  • Incentives: Competitive Salary (HKD 25,000/Month) + 2 Months Bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle email administration and provide support to the customer service team to assist with guest services.
  • Provide customer service support and assist different departments with various tasks.
  • Maintain clear communication with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support daily administrative tasks and other ad hoc duties.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 3 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in luxury hotel.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Qualifications: Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is preferred.
