Responsibilities:
- With the support of Business Unit Head, lead cross functional team to achieve brand mission
- Develop marketing strategy and prepare promotional materials jointly with other marketers in different channels to reach targeted Health Care Providers and HealthCare Consumers
- Leverage on digital, data and analytics to provide strategic recommendations to the franchise
- Provide training to sales team and integrate marketing project into their daily sales call activities
- Assist Senior Product Manager/Product Manager to handle marketing activities and build rapport with scientific leaders and key decision makers
- Act as project leader of marketing programs of respective department/product(s)
- Work closely with sales force to implement and track the progress of our marketing programs
- Evaluate and make recommendations on implementation of similar programs in the future
- Prioritize promotional activities and effective use of resources as a team
Requirement:
- Degree Holder in Marketing / Business or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in marketing
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and strong Excel
- Team player with good communication with excellent command of Chinese and English and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
