My client is looking for high caliber to join as a NGO Programme Director.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and implement fundraising program, for both individual and corporate donations. Track the efficiency of fundraising programs for improvments.
• Prepare and present grant proposal to solicit funding from authorities, organizations and corporates.
• With collaborating with relevant stakeholders (such as government authority, hospitals, medical professionals, celebrities, donors, etc.), plan and organize children's healthcare program in mainland China, which aims at promoting the public awareness on Children's healthcare in the community.
• Proactively develop and expand network in the community to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of programs.
• Drive cross-departmental cooperations, such as corporate communications, on daily operations.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above in any disciplines.
• 8-10 years fundraising experience.
• Possess sound knowledge of children's healthcare issues of China. Candidates with experience in organizing relevant programs in China preferred.
• Possess extensive network in the field.
• Experienced in preparing grant proposal.
• Strong at communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Frequent travel to China is essential.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
