Our client is a leading insurance company, they are currently looking for a Contract Administrative Assistant to support the team.
Responsible:
- The main function of an administrative assistant is to provide high-level administrative support, and performing clerical functions.
- Knowledge in pension and MPF as the candidate will be processing quality control work and data
- A typical administrative officer acts as information and communication managers for an office.
- Perform general office duties
- File and retrieve payment documents, records, and reports.
- Prepare responses to internal inquiries.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 3+ years, candidates with experience from MPF industry is a must.
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail,multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and work overtime
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
