Job Duty:
- To assist in the supervision of clerical staff of the HKKO.
- To carry out general administrative duties and clerical support that includes filing, data entry and advanced statistics with analysis and record keeping for the daily operation of the office.
- To assist in vetting all documentation of the payment of samples.
- To monitor the creation and assignment of food consignments handled by agency clerks.
- To random check the documents or special cases of application of payment for the sake of accuracy.
- To random check the created consignments and then verify subsequent rectification of any irregularities detected.
- To conduct regular checks to the offices of his/her subordinate staff
- To liaise, coordinate and organise meetings with various stakeholders including prepare meeting materials and minutes.
- To handle messages and requests from food importers and the public and to assist in answering telephone calls and referring the subject matter to appropriate parties
Requirement:
- a Bachelor degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
- met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSEE, or equivalent;
- at least one year’s post-degree full-time working experience in project management or/and office administration, or/and resource management.
- computer application knowledge.
