Job Duties
- Greet Visitors: Welcome and direct visitors.
- Hospitality: Serve tea and water for VIPs.
- Manage Calls: Answer, screen, and forward calls.
- Administrative Support: Maintain records, schedule appointments, and assist with tasks.
- Communication: Coordinate with staff and departments.
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- Excellent language skills in English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
- 2 years’ relevant experience is preferred, while Fresh graduate will also be considered.
- Immediate available is a strong plus.
