About the Role:
- Daily restaurant operation & enhance team service levels.
- Overseeing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Handling customer feedback, resolving complaints, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Assisting in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase restaurant visibility and performance.
The Successful Applicant:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality/F&B industry, particularly in Chinese restaurant operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Familiarity with operational standards and best practices in the restaurant industry.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric approach, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
