Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of employee C&B operations: monthly payroll, tax returns, final payment, medical, MPF insurance
- Support full spectrum of human resources functions
- Recruitment, Selection & compensation
- Research and review of HR policies
- Ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Diploma of Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
- At 2 years of relevant working experience in multinational company
- In-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation
- Possess good analytical and organisational skills; stong communication and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
- Excellent English and Chinese writing skills
- Fluent speaking English, Cantonese and Mandarin
