Our client is looking for Sales Operation Director (~1 Million) to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee multi-region operations, including sales operations, and inventory planning, to boost profitability and scalability.
- Formulate and implement operational strategies aligned with long-term business goals and growth targets.
- Optimize end-to-end processes (sales workflows, inventory turnover, cash flow) to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Direct inventory planningto balance stock levels with demand forecasts and reduce carrying costs.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) to align objectives and resolve bottlenecks.
- Analyze KPIs (revenue and inventory turnover) and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies through audits and updated operational documentation.
- Mentor regional managers and build high-performing teams focused on innovation and accountability.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years in senior operations roles, with expertise in multi-region management, sales operations, and inventory planning.
- Strategic leadership and process optimization.
- Strong financial acumen (P&L, budgeting).
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical rigor.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-building skills.
- Language: Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.
