Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the SS Pricing & Governance process and monitor the pipelines and approvals to be in line with the process and governance.
- Keep cluster Sales, Coverage, and Product partners apprised of charter requirements and updates.
- Ensure proper Product, Operations, other required parties (Risk, Onboarding, Coverage, etc.) have adequately involved in the deal review processes, and industrialize/ streamline the governance model where necessary
- Develop and manage the deal review process to track deal revenue and deal costs
- Act as a central point of contact for all key issues impacting Pricing & Governance
- Measure client profitability, prepare and present reports to senior management for deal review
- Benchmarking and comparison analysis
- Able to independently develop plan and execute new priorities/projects
- Fee schedule centralization & standardised rate-card transformation
- Responsible for client fees/ rate card generation, such as (but not limited to) origination/ new clients, business growth, repricing with SS heads, Sales/ CEs, Account Managers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience in managing change
- Ability to build communication materials on business and transaction
