My client is looking for high caliber to join as a Fundraising Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Report to Division Head and lead a team to plan, organize and manage fundraising campaigns in all scale.
• Prepare marketing and other communication materials, such as press releases, correspondences, speeches for promotion and publicity purposes.
• Prepare fundraising proposal and presentation to secure fundings.
• Build and maintain good relationships with donors and partners to increase the effectiveness of fundraising campaigns.
  Donor engagement.
• Work closely with different stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of campaigns.
• Other departmental administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above in any disciplines.
• 8+ years of fundraising experience, including 5 years in managerial grade.
• Strong at project and event management.
• Good at communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). 
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
