- Purpose of the Position/ Job Summary
Provide technical support in the development and maintenance of application software and products; responsible for evaluation, analysis, design, verification, implementation and tuning of application software; ensuring optimal functionality, security, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Head of application to handle the incident process management.
- Taking ownership of escalated incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders during incidents and post-incident reviews.
- Monitoring support teams to ensure SLAs are met and to ensure optimal service and customer satisfaction.
- Providing accurate and regular reports to the management regarding to the incident management.
- Provides technical support to maintain the smooth 24 hours round the clock operation (including Disaster Recovery Site support) within the bank.
Job Specifications
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 4 years’ experience in application software development with at least 2 years in system analysis.
- Exposure to multiple open computer platforms
- Experienced in Java, JS, MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, Linux
- Knowledge and experience on e-channels systems
- Sound communication skills
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Strong project planning skills
- Able to coordinate own/others’ time, resources and workload
- Strong sense of teamwork, willing to share experience and expertise with team members
