Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm calls and respond to inquiries from leads to qualify them for the sales process, ensuring accurate data entry and management within Crimson’s CRM system, Salesforce.
- Update lead records and track their progression through the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
- Monitor Crimson events and plan outreach to event leads.
- Schedule meetings for leads with Crimson’s Academic Advisors and Country Manager.
- Organize and execute local events to enhance brand awareness for Crimson.
- Build, develop, and maintain positive professional relationships with customers for Crimson.
- Continuously refine sales techniques and processes while enhancing industry knowledge.
- Participate in outreach activities, including presentations at school talks, career expos, and Crimson seminars as needed.
- Attend industry events as required.
- Prepare accurate and concise fortnightly sales reports for management.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Experience in customer service or customer success roles.
- Familiarity with university admissions processes (preferably for the US and UK) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A graduate from a US or UK institution is preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrated professionalism, time and stress management skills, confidence, a positive attitude (including patience and empathy), and a willingness to learn and exceed expectations.
- Experience in the education or professional services sectors (such as marketing agencies, financial services, management consulting, or hospitality) and familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce) and various platforms.
