We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Chairman Assistant to support our Chairman in managing daily operations, coordinating travel, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin, English, and Japanese, and possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements between Hong Kong and Japan, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Assist in preparing presentations and documentation for meetings and events.
- Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Conduct research and compile information as needed for decision-making.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the Chairman.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior management.
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Japanese (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
