Responsibilities

• Liaise with overseas customers and China factory

• Sample development including preparation of sample sheets, interpretation of buyer’s comment to sample room appropriately

• Perform any ad hoc project assigned by supervisor

• Handle material sourcing, sampling and order follow up including costing and T&A

• Follow up all aspects; production process, quality and shipment schedules, etc

• Ensure the smoothness of merchandising, production and delivery process

• Problem solving during production and progress status

Requirements

• Form 5 or above

• Over 2 years merchandising experience in intimate garment manufacturing

• Work under pressure to meet deadline with short lead time

• Excellent communication skills & experience in direct contact with overseas customers & China factory

• Good written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word processing

• Able to work in China for 3 days per week

• Available immediately is highly preferred

• Candidates have more experience also will be considered as Senior Merchandiser
