Responsibilities
1. Marketing Campaign Optimization:
Assist in optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels, including Facebook, Instagram, EDM, paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), search engine marketing (SEM), and website content
Conduct A/B testing to analyze key performance indicators of marketing campaigns and drive data-driven optimizations to improve conversion rates
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure brand messaging is consistent across all channels
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Demonstrate familiarity with SEO optimization; monitor website traffic and SEO metrics, providing recommendations for improvement
Track and analyze key performance indicators related to platform and website traffic, as well as promotional activities
Prepare regular reports on the performance of promotional campaigns, website analysis, and customer behavior
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and contribute to overall business growth
Handle any ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by senior management
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or related fields
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with a proven ability to organize events
A passion for new media, combined with creativity and a proactive attitude
Strong data analysis skills, able to remain calm under pressure
