Responsibilities

• Sales oriented, New business development/ expanding existing business base to achieve sales target

• Able to handle from trend research, sourcing, development and production for lingerie & swimwear

• Build and maintain strong relationship with customers

• To work with customers for product development and merchandising process

• Manage and follow up the whole merchandising process from design, development, sourcing, production until delivery

• Good understanding of the costing and price negotiation

• To manage sizable merchandising team in China

• To coach the team and support the team development

• To work closely with factory for various projects

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Familiar with Europe and US markets

• Minimum 10 years' experience in merchandising focus on EU markets, 6 years in a managerial position.

• Strong technical product knowledge, experience in production, fitting and color approval and good understanding of factory process

• Good management, supervisory and delegation skills

• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills and result oriented

• Strong team management experience, Proactive and independent

• Able to work in China for 3 days per week

• Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word processing

• Candidates have less experience also will be consider as Senior Merchandiser

• Available immediately is highly preferred
