Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the customer sales strategy, resource coordination

• Understand the customer and their needs, and effectively work with product management team to offer insight and intelligence with respect to customer demands

• Conduct periodic account reviews to keep management updated on key progress indicators

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Creative in finding solutions to problems

• Experience identifying and acquiring new customers

Requirements

• Form 5 or above

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience,  luxury retail fashion/packaging experience is preferred

• Strong of building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams to achieve objectives

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and a desire to build customer loyalty

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and follow through

• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite, advanced proficiency preferred
