Operations Clerk (Air Export)(Ref# 066207)

Responsibilities

  • General clerical duties such as data entry, filing

  • Communicate with carriers, customers and suppliers to ensure a smooth process

  • Arrange and follow up bookings

  • Coordinate with warehouse to arrange shipments

  • To provide customer service

  • To support any ad hoc assignments


Requirements

  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • Good PC skill in usage of MS office

  • Mature, self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure

  • Good command in spoken English and Mandarin will be an advantage

  • Immediately available is preferred
