Responsibilities

• Expand the company’s institutional client base and facilitate client conversions.
• Lead the process of gathering business requirements and reach consensus with stakeholders on the final solution.
• Collaborate with various departments to translate business requirements and proposed solutions into a development plan.
• Model and design solutions or alternatives, and evaluate proposed solutions.
• Ensure that the designed solution benefits the business while addressing post-production maintenance needs.
• Participate in change management and the ongoing evolution of the system after implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in sales and project management related to brokerage products and trading systems.
• Strong knowledge of both local and global markets.
• Existing network of institutional clients or an established client base is a plus.
• Must demonstrate a motivated work ethic with a strong drive for success and achieving business targets.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
