Our client is looking for (Senior) Human Resources Officer (20k-30k) to join their team.
Duties:
- Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits and employee relations
- Manage the recruitment process including resumes screening, interview and selection, offer negotiation and other logistics arrangement
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration including but not limited to payroll, taxation, MPF administration, report and data analysis for management review
- Participate in regular HR exercises including annual performance review, budgeting, salary market research, insurance renewal etc.
- Plan and arrange company activities and events for enhancing employee relations and engagement
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Over 1 years’ working experience in retail industry or related industry
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- More experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
