Our client is looking for Trust Services Support Executive (~30k, MNC) to join their team.
Duties:
- Proposal & Client Acquisition:
- Draft proposals, engagement letters, and sales decks with Sales Manager.
- Prepare onboarding documents and presentations for client pitches.
- CRM & Data Management:
- Accurately update the CRM system with opportunity pipelines (new/won/lost) and referral data.
- Compliance & Onboarding:
- Guide clients through KYC/AML checks and fund receipt verification.
- Ensure flawless setup of trusts/companies and adherence to internal policies.
- Coordination:
- Schedule and support external client meetings.
- Liaise with legal, compliance, and corporate teams for seamless handovers.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business/Finance preferred).
- Languages: Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written/spoken).
- Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; Dynamics 365/vPoint experience a plus.
- Strong communicator with teamwork and problem-solving skills.
