Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income for retail properties.
- Identify and secure new tenants, negotiate lease terms, and close leasing deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, ensuring high tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with property management, marketing, and legal teams to ensure smooth leasing operations.
- Assist in preparing leasing reports and presentations for senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in retail leasing or property management.
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong’s retail property market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in achieving leasing targets and managing tenant relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office and property management software.
