HR System Architect
Ricoh is a leading provider of digital services and innovative solutions to support our customers’ digital transformation and business process optimization. To cope with our business expansion, we are looking a team of talent joining our Ricoh Family.
 
About Your Role:
  •  Responsible for providing day-to-day support in HR system (SAP SuccessFactors) operations and maintenance
  • Collaborate closely with HR team and liase closely with various stakeholders, including but not limited to vendors, regional team and IT team
  • Support the HR digital transformation project through HRIS systems, data analytics, data insights, data reporting and change management within HK and the APAC.
  • Enhancing digital employee experiences and HR processes by reviewing and streamlining HR workflow and processes to achieve operational efficiency as well as future business growth. 
  • Actively participate in digitalization and automation through tools like Power Automate, Power BI to improve and fine-tune HR operations.
  • Perform analytics on HR data and provide business and practical insights to business stakeholders.
  • Support compensation benchmarking, employee engagement survey and other ad hoc projects
Does it sound like you?
  • University graduate in Information System / Computer Science / Human Resources or other relevant disciplines with sound academic background
  • At least 10 years solid hands-on experience in the support and implementation of HRIS projects will be highly preferred
  • Experienced in SAP SuccessFactors applications in position management, compensation and performance management or SAP HCM is a must. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, extensive Excel (Lookup and Pivot Table), Office 365, SharePoint and web-based applications
  • Organized, sensitive to figures with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Reliable, responsive, team player with excellent communication skill.
  • Good linguistic skill in both English and Chinese.
