About Your Role:

Collaborate with project managers to develop project timelines and meet deadlines

Assess client needs and recommend the best D365 features to use
-
Configure D365 to meet client requirements
-
Develop and deliver training materials to end-users
-
Conducted end-user training sessions and provided ongoing support as needed
-
Work with the technical team to ensure D365 is properly integrated with other systems
-
Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to clients
-
Participate in testing and quality assurance activities
-
Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 features and updates

Bachelor's degree or above
-
5 or above years of relevant working experience in business analysis
-
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365
-
Knowledge of other Microsoft products and services
-
Ability to deliver according to schedule and quality criteria
-
Experience in process standardization and harmonization is strongly preferred
-
Proactive, fast-learning, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with being organized, structured and assertive
-
Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
