Contract HR Support Assistant (3-Month Contract)

Ricoh is a leading provider of digital services and innovative solutions to support our customers’ digital transformation and business process optimization. To cope with our business expansion, we are looking a team of talent joining our Ricoh Family.


About Your Role:

  • Coordinate and manage events such as town halls meeting and long service award ceremonies
  • Assist the function head with daily operations and provide secretarial support
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for monthly HR management reports
  • Update policies in the SharePoint sitemap and manage documentation
  • Handle filing, scanning, personnel file management, and pension administration support
  • Assist with other project management tasks as needed

 

Does it sound like you?

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in HR support or a similar role is preferred
